What is the salary like at Cub Foods?

Hours very, minimum staffing in some departments

Fast paced, decent pay, most of the managers are great.

They are always cutting hours, union dues are taken out of every paycheck.

All the department managers I’ve worked with have been very flexible and easy to work with, scheduling wise.

Despite being in a union, the pay isn’t great but not horrible either.

Coworkers can make statements against you with no consequences. Staff in stores over worked. People working in fear vs. a team. Leadership does not care about the employees or really listen to them. Belittling employees is a common practice. If you want to work in the grocery industry do not choose Cub Foods if you value your mental health.
