Zero kickback on getting someone to sign a contract If a client buys a package but fails to utilize sessions, you do not get compensated for those unused sessions Their transition to trainers creating personalized programs shifted to their own "app" which was very poorly designed Accept anybody willing to be a trainer, so the gamble for someone buying a package is unfortunately a shot in the dark Requested to work from home (unpaid) in order to complete training programs for clients; not allowed to do it while working at remote location Trainers have to use AI to make programs from constraining exercise database within the app, not allowed to make custom exercises
