What are co-workers like at Cotton and Company?

Business model is effective for their clients and the overall market. Company employees are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Company culture is great as they have a lot of team bonding opportunities.

Workload is unrealistic. The President is very nasty and degrading in the way she speaks to employees. I’ve watched her make several employees cry and leave work extremely upset. Most people leave before 1-year.
