Run Away As Fast As You Can

      Associate director of operations
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great opportunity to learn various areas and grow your clinical experience as an MA, front desk or even as a provider.

      Cons

Horribly demanding. Management is expected to perform front desk and clinical work while maintaining their own responsibilities. Overworked without any appreciation or recognition. They will pile on the work until you cannot take it anymore. Centers are never fully staffed and even when you are, one call out and instantly the manager has to be on the floor to cover.

      Pros

Supportive team environment with colleagues who are willing to collaborate and share knowledge. Leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback, especially within the recruiting and talent teams. Opportunities to learn and grow, particularly for people who take initiative. Flexible work culture that helps balance personal and professional responsibilities. Solid tools and resources that make day‑to‑day recruiting work smoother.

      Cons

Some processes can feel slower than they need to be due to cross‑team dependencies. Communication between departments sometimes lacks clarity, which can create rework or delays. Career progression paths could be more clearly defined for long‑term planning.
