The environment frequently feels affected by favoritism, inconsistent management practices, and a rigid organizational structure that sometimes creates unnecessary complications.
Communication from leadership is not always clear, and expectations can shift without much transparency. Promotions often prioritize individual performance over people-management capability, which can lead to micromanagement and uneven leadership quality.
Their job leveling framework also feels inflexible and occasionally results in unusual reporting structures, including situations where employees report to peers or juniors. Recognition and bonus decisions can feel subjective due to the amount of managerial discretion involved.
Overall, concerns raised by employees do not always appear to lead to meaningful change. Often, employees seem to leave the company abruptly, with limited explanation provided internally.
