Coworkers are pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and helpful. Being involved and contributing to the clinical trial industry in itself is rewarding.
Cons
Consistent turnover makes it difficult to manage an already heavy workload. Line management is hit and miss and changes more than anyone would like it to. Systems and processes are frequently implemented to help mitigate heavy workloads and improve our offerings but are rarely thought out and become pain points themselves. Heavy hiring in regions outside of EMEA and NA have resulted in a large number of new staff who haven't been properly trained and lack experience. They are then assigned to operational projects with the expectation that those PMs facilitate training of the newer staff. The company has a tendency to shoot themselves in the foot.
