      Pros

Not many reasons to want to work here. They outsource as much as they can so your length of employment might be cut short too.

      Cons

They treat employees terribly. Management appears to be on a power trip. They "meeting you to death," then schedule another meeting to hammer you as to why you are behind on your projects. When you get only 1-2 hours of uninterrupted time each day to do actual technical work, and the rest is sitting in irrelevant meetings, Microsoft Teams is also way over utilized and if you work from home, there are little boundaries around your "personal time." It feels like you are working 24-7, yet there is hardly any chance in the day to get your head into your work and finish it. It feels like they do not want you to accomplish anything. Also, they only give you 2 weeks of PTO starting for a higher job grade position that pays over $100k per year. Almost every company I have worked for and interviewed with gives a minimum of 3 weeks to everyone and several will give you 4 weeks, based on job/salary grade.

      Pros

Good team, interesting customers, and close to home. Occasional bonuses given due to upselling.

      Cons

Awful pay, no breaks, upper management is completely removed from day to day operations, yet rain down decrees constantly.

Challenging 24/7 job but very solid employment

      Business outlook

      Pros

Store operations employees do not get laid off. Always work available, plenty of overtime. Weekly paychecks. Benefits are okay. most management is respectful, polite and courteous. Very large company with good opportunities. Once you learn the business, its actually a nice place to work. company has many locations which provides an opportunity to get an assignment close to home.

      Cons

Managing a convenience store/ gas station is a very challenging 24/7 job. Getting time off can be difficult. Even when you have a day off you are still managing the business from home. Phone calls and text messages come through often on some days. Employee turnover is high in convenience store business. Circle K is a good company to work for but you must be a good manager or the business will ruin your life.
