How are flexible working hours at Cinemark?

Minimal hours if you have bills to pay. management is too strict and feels like a clique if you are a generally quiet, shy/ neurodivergent person. i had a good GM but below was all inconsistent otherwise. managers barely older than new hires on break from school.

Great work experience, flexible hours, and has lots of benefits.

None to note as its overall a great place.

Management was hit or miss depending on who was scheduled When a popular movie was released it was chaos You could go a day without one costumer

-flexible work schedule -can pretty much work any time -people dont suck -if you try you can pretty much get scheduled only in the position you want despite the rotating system

-late nights -ushering can be really tiring -some of the morning managers kind of suck -all the people you do like leave pretty quick
