      Pros

I have been working at Ciklum as a Backend Developer for 8 months now, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best companies in terms of working conditions and loyalty. Recruiter Yulia Derevyanchenko responded to my resume, who presented the project very professionally: from the client's field of activity to a detailed list of technologies and process organization (and it really is!). The recruitment process consisted of several stages and took less than 10 days: 1. Productive conversation with HR. 2. Taking an hour-long test. 3. Interview with a developer from Pakistan. 4. Interview with the team leader. 5. Interview with the Delivery Manager. All stages were clear, and communication was easy and effective. HR specialists respond quickly to any requests and are always ready to help. I also like the presence of an individual development program, which involves setting personal goals and selecting courses and certifications. The office has nice perks like free fruit and candy. Every employee gets health insurance, and for me a free gym membership was a huge plus. I would like to separately mention the excellent technical support: the laptop was provided with exactly the features I requested (in particular, with a Type-C connector so that it could be charged from a power bank, and expanded RAM for a large project). The project team consists of talented specialists, all of whom are open to cooperation and always ready to help. Working here is a pleasure. Overall, I am very glad that I chose Ciklum, and I confidently recommend the company to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable working environment.

      Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to ride to the office due to car jams.

      Business outlook

      Pros

-> Flexible timing -> Supportive Team

      Cons

-> Continuously hiring new employees without acknowledging or valuing the skillsets and potential of existing employees, often putting them on the bench due to a lack of "appropriate projects" or utilizing their expertise inefficiently. -> Conducting unnecessary HR-driven activities that do little to address the real issues within the company, often serving as a distraction or attempt to cover up underlying problems. -> Internal project allocation is frequently biased, with higher management favoring certain individuals. -> The company fails to provide adequate growth opportunities for its existing employees, leaving them stagnant in their roles despite demonstrated potential.

      Cons

Hire and Fire culture. They put people on bench saying there is no project that you are currently working. Despite me being worked on very good projects for 8 months, the day I started having no projects they put me in notice period saying that is bench policy. Even though bringing clients is not my job I was the one getting effected. And even though new projects come people in notice period are very rarely be put on the projects. ANd new people are hired for new projects

      Pros

I didn't see any good things here

      Cons

Hiring promises are misleading and not honored. Repeated short-term contracts create continuous uncertainty. Poor workforce planning and weak management alignment. Recommendation: Joining this company can seriously affect your career trajectory. Not recommended for professionals seeking stability.

Join only if you want to waste your life and time

      Pros

Some colleagues were decent to work with.

      Cons

My worst personal experience: I AM TALKING ABOUT CIKLUM INDIA WHICH WAS INFOGEN LABS PREVIOUSLY. The floor manager openly would say on the floor/conference meetings that we all should stay extra hours and work for the company as we are all a family. [NO! WE'RE NOT]. The YES MEN would stay late and work meaninglessly everyday making us look bad for leaving early. The project I am working on has been ruined because they want constant "Quality of life" changes and updates [not for the users by the way] and then for those changes that nobody asked for we had to stay extra and come on weekends [So they want to save development time by sitting in more hours - How Creative] This makes sense once but doing that all year long defeats the purpose and no one has noticed this because they're YES MEN and have a single braincell shared among them. And now after doing all this they have given us a salary hike that barely manages to match the inflation meaning to me having received nothing but I am sure that single brain cell can't process that math and will be happy nonetheless eh ;) Unrealistic Timelines: Projects often came with absurd deadlines, leading to unnecessary stress and burnout. Lack of Work-Life Balance: There was no respect for personal time. Expect to be available at all hours, with no flexibility for remote or hybrid work. No Recognition: Hard work and dedication went unnoticed. There was little to no appreciation for employees' efforts. Poor Compensation: The pay was below market standards, and raises were minimal—often just enough to keep up with inflation, if that. Toxic Culture: The environment favored "yes men" over those who voiced constructive feedback or concerns. This stifled innovation and created a culture of compliance rather than collaboration. No Growth Opportunities: The company failed to invest in employee development or recognize potential. I swear I have managed to learn nothing in the past year from anyone as the smart seniors have left for better opportunities having foreseen how bad it gets here.
