Pros
A typical day at Centria as an RBT involves working 1:1 with clients on behavior goals, data collection, and collaborating with BCBAs. After a two-year break, returning reminded me how much I learned about patience, behavior strategies, and individualized care. Management has improved in communication, though scheduling can still be challenging. The workplace culture is client-focused, with supportive coworkers, but can feel isolating when working in-home. The hardest part is managing difficult behaviors with limited support on-site. The most enjoyable part is seeing real progress in the kids and building meaningful connections with families.
Cons
The pay is competitive but not the highest in the market.
