      Business outlook

      Pros

Good service based company. Wlb depends on project. Europe BU is excellent, they have good projects. HR policies and benefits are good. Specially they had this Farewelcome policy wherein parents returning from maternity and paternity can avail 12 months and 6 months of wfh/flexible option respectively. With good projects you can get good learning experience.

      Cons

Yearly hike is less once you join the company.
