Mostly home office with nice offices for on site visits, average benefits. Salary can be okay if you look like the people o top.

No equity for the few women and no inclusion for any other marginalized groups, in some parts toxic work culture.

1. Salary was not discussed properly while releasing the offer letter they have given very low salary 2. Salary hike and hike cycle and promotions are not a cup of tea. 3. Internal interview are taking more than 4 to 6 rounds and that to 1 to 2 hours 4. Please give proper increment and incentives for the employees who contributed for companies growth at least with decent amount not with no hikes

On boarding should be done in Hinjewadi itself, going to Talawade is hectic.

Good environment, nice office with good campus all over india, all facility kind off provided in campus

Only 4% hike, managers don't care much on retention part, sad to see good employees leaving firm due to lack of salary
