Pros
There are very much nice and talented people working. They also offer remote work from abroad. Salary is above average. If you love chaos and following orders of people that think they know better that might be a good place for you
Cons
Middle & Upper management inexperienced and non caring. In LinkedIn it seems like the best place on earth, when you are inside you realize that it's unorganized and strongly top down opinionated. Inexperienced Managers lead to additional communication problems.
