Great pay, more than most entry level Dispatch/Fleet Managment

The workload is extreme and the company as a whole is very cutthroat. It doesn't matter if you're there for 90 days or 25+ years and a top performer, they will cut you loose if you make any waves. The company is shrinking and going through its 3rd year of massive downsizing, selling off its assets and the employees who are still there are very overworked and the anxiety of just randomly loosing your job at any time is soul crushing.

Dispatchers are great and pay is good

Freight market is getting worse

• Teams are easy to work with • Enjoyable projects and project structure • Management open to advice

• Pay is lower compared to other SWE jobs due to the industry.

Alot of drop N hooks pay is fair tractor equipment is good staff is awesome.

Bad trailers, 👎 have to stay out 3 weeks at a time and night shift is a hit or miss

I learned a lot while working here. Benefits were great, pay was good.

Communication between shifts lacked a great deal.

Good pay after a year handle repair order fairly quickly big onsite training facility with housing and mechanic bays let me take truck home (bobtail) even been 2 hours away multi company discounts program Recommend going regional or local if available, otr they force you with a co-driver and can/ will give you orders that are for regional/ local drivers

bad communication most the time After hours crew are most of the time useless Can sit for more than 3 days multiple times in a month waiting on orders Made bonus harder to achieve mid year If you have experience be ready to train the new guy because they hire anybody

Good pay if you work it right

Very expensive if you aren't familiar with the costs.

It’s a job. That’s it.

Low pay. Low raises if any at all. Bad management. People with good work ethics are not acknowledged, while people with terrible work ethics are and even rewarded. Run, don’t walk away.
