Pros
There is a easy hiring process
Cons
They don’t train you. They are always understaffed. Employees don’t respect each other or customers
Pros
Easy interview process and nice discount
Cons
lack of management, no hours
Pros
None. These people have never worked in software before
Cons
They will string you along for months in their interview process and then offer you a salary 50% lower than what was listed. Horrible company filled with horrible people.
Pros
Work Environment is Pleasent and Work life balance is promoted. Good team and manager.
Cons
Executive teams are not structured well... And project are not well plannned... And for contractors hybrid model is good. As of my knowledge internal teams doesn't have no growth even after years 80k -->87k for corp employee after working 6 years full time. Hiring process was too delayed as they had funding issues for the role and also no clear communication while taking off the contractors role due to budget cut. It happened while working and then after losing access you get an email on the same work day at end of day without any prior information or notice which i feel is very abnormal for such a big company with yearly revenue of 10B+ dollars
Pros
Good management friendly coworkers I gained a lot of retail experience
Cons
Hours aren't consistent coworkers don't fully complete their tasks in a timely manner Part time get little to no hours sometimes because they are constantly hiring new people
Pros
Zero the hiring staff wants to offer higher wages but Corp refuses.
Cons
Corp is on the managers due to poor Customer Service but refuses to pay a respectable wage.
Pros
The company offers its employees a generous discount. To qualify for full-time status and retirement benefits, supervisors, lead store managers, and assistants must demonstrate open availability. Part-time sales associates and cashiers generally experience flexible scheduling, as the organization has a limited number of full-time positions. The management team prioritizes maintaining a clean and organized break room, complete with snacks such as chips, candy, protein bars, soup, and macaroni and cheese, and a refrigerator stocked with soda, water, and juice.
Cons
The company has a lax hiring process, essentially hiring anyone after a single interview without adequately evaluating their suitability for the organization. Supervisors and assistant managers have poor working relationships, leaving leads caught in the middle. The store manager seems out of touch, disregarding employee ideas for enhancing the work environment. The store's clutter and understaffing stem from prioritizing the rapid transfer of stock from the backroom to the sales floor over maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. The management team shows little concern for maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, overlooking the benefits of assigning sales associates to specific departments to ensure tidiness and organization.
Pros
I have nothing positive to say.
Cons
The management at the location I worked was far too condescending and engaged in micromanagement that created a hostile work environment. As a new hire for a seasonal position, I worked for 10 hours on my first day before I was permitted to end my shift. Every time I asked a question about how particular processes were done, the manager would go to another employee who had been there longer and ask them why they didn't teach me things properly and say things like "What's wrong with you? Haven't you been here long enough to know how to do that?" The work was very labor intensive and strenuous, and you were expected to keep your metrics and output at a level that I believe most would find unsustainable. Every time you made one small mistake, it was likely that a lecture was going to take place and halt all activity as the manager blew up the issue, inevitably making the rest of the day harder since time was being taken up by this kind of thing often.
Pros
They provide medical and dental benefits.
Cons
Zero work life balance. You are texted and called multiple times a day to confirm completion of tasks. You are required to load a suite of apps on your phone that keep you connected 24 - 7. Lowest payroll I've ever had to manage in 20 years. If you are granted 10 extra hours to help with workload it's like winning the lottery. Unrealistic time lines and new projects are added daily. I have never worked for a company that made things so complicated to run a business. There are so many senior leaders adding new initiatives daily. The other half of your day is taking pictures of the completed tasks to prove they are done. They claim to be the caring company but that couldn't be farther from the truth. You're encouraged ( Forced by AI Scheduled interviews )to hire new associates weekly in search of the most productive people. Then you have 0 payroll to support them. Upper management is either totally oblivious to the stores actual needs or are directed to ignore the reality of what is happening. Forget taking care of the customer. Thats never mentioned. So many other worthy companies to work for. Don't waste your valuable time here.
Pros
I dont believe there was any except you always recieved a paycheck and this one manager that's a guy he was always lending a helping hand but the ladies no
Cons
They cut hours because of continously hiring others, their systems where always shutting down, the managers would always be in the back sitting down watching the people on the floor and the cashier struggle the lady managers or assistant mangers never helped
