Pros
The food is discounted for employees.
Cons
The work environment is toxic, very few instances of getting proper breaks (I went multiple shifts without getting a break), they don't tell you about UFC night (an event once a month where night shift is required to work until about 2-3am). I was lied to about the hours and told it would be 6-10 and immediately got 6-12am shifts on a regular basis as well. One of the managers was openly ableist towards me when he found out I took medication that was important that prevented me from staying until 2 o' clock in the morning (I would never have accepted the job if I knew about it), I was blatantly lied to about my position with misleading hourly wages. The online application said the job was for a greeter that paid $14 an hour without tips, but I was told I would be a server that made $2.75 an hour with tips (if you don't make minimum wage including tips, they just give you minimum wage I think). Then I was told I was going to be a server's assistant for about a week (minimum wage at $7.25 without tips). Ended up a server's assistant for the entire 2 and a half months I was there while the manager made excuses for why me being a server needed to wait. Server assistants basically do the work of the bussers, servers, and greeters for minimum wage without tips and less recognition. Not worth it, there's plenty of better restaurants to work at.
