What is working from home like at Baxter?

Hybrid or full time on site required, full remote work is not available in most positions that can work from home.

Totally disorganized, willingness to change is non existent and legacy employees are putting in the bare minimum effort until they can cash out their pensions and hit the golf course. This is not a place to grow and learn, this is a place to just come in, pretend like your working, get over praised for doing the bare minimum then go home.

Good working atmosphere, my supervisor did a great job in letting employees feel any home. Salary is good. Free fruit, the office is close to the highway. You can work from home 40/60. Inclusive workplace.
