Pros
The recruitment and onboarding process was great. The entire journey was friendly, well-structured, and clearly communicated at every stage. I felt genuinely supported throughout—everyone I interacted with was approachable, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had.
Before my first day, all necessary equipment had already been delivered and everything was fully set up, which made the onboarding process seamless and stress-free. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making sure new starters feel welcomed and prepared.
Overall, it was a fantastic first experience that left a great impression. A big thank you to the team for making it so smooth and enjoyable!
Cons
One small challenge I encountered was with the automated reference system. It wasn’t very flexible for tailoring references to different circumstances, which made that part a bit tricky. That said, I was able to work around it eventually, and it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.
