The benefits were pretty good for fulltime employees (PTO, personal time, 401k, employee discount) They hype up the bonus which this store hasn't made since the beginning of the year.

Everything! Upper management is a joke. The DM is unprofessional. If you don't "look Banana" you are blacklisted for promotions. No one is held accountable for their actions. Other ASM's making significantly more $ with absolutely no experience. People get promoted just for being the "banana way" and having absolutely no experience.
