      Pros

I have had an incredibly positive experience working for 11 years at BNY. The company fosters a supportive and inclusive work culture where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute their best. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in both the company's growth and the professional development of its employees. One of the standout aspects of working here is the emphasis on collaboration and teamwork. Cross-functional teams work seamlessly, and knowledge sharing is encouraged, which creates a dynamic and productive work environment. Additionally, the company provides ample opportunities for training, upskilling, and career advancement, ensuring employees are well-equipped to excel in their roles. Pros

Promotes a culture of work life balance. You are not expected to overtime. There is flexibility to work from home for reasonable reasons (E.g family/kids/still sick).

      Cons

Low employee retention. Employing new highly paid employees due to market and not adjusting compensation competitively for the old employees who are also training the new birds. Low job stability that can be cutthroat when there is new management direction or due to bad performance. Low bonus and increment that cannot cover inflation.
