No increase pay rate yearly. No weekend and shift differential. Rocket high premium of health insurance from bayada. Rather get it from Obama care.(But can't). Play the games with NJ State sick time policy. Reduced vocation time and add to sick time. Only 1-2 weeks PTO you can get from them if work as full time. Th client manager almost short pay every paycheck. Intentionally steal your hardly earning every week. Because they get pay from commission based. Lower the field nurse pay and they can get more commission. This is a sinful policy from bayada CEO David. As Medicaid asked agents to pay direct care worker at least 80%.of reimbursement. I hope everything will be better. Actually direct care worker doesn't need a agent to run this type of business. Some states allow direct care workers to apply Medicaid and Medicare provider ID and can get reimbursement from federal and states directly. But in NJ it is not allowed and let this kind sinful business keep riping field care giver.

I’ve been having an ongoing issue with unauthorized modifications to my clock in/out times by the Hickory office, which has resulted in a significant loss of pay over time. On multiple occasions, I have clocked in earlier than my scheduled start time, completed my shift, and verified that my time accurately reflected my actual clock-in time at the time of submission. However, after returning home and later reviewing my times, I have found that my original clock-in time had been altered to a later time without my knowledge or consent. For example, I clocked in at 8:56 p.m., verified this entry upon submission, and later discovered it had been changed to 9:07 p.m., resulting in lost compensation. Additionally, I have noticed that when I am relieved by a day-shift nurse who clocks in early, my paid time is prematurely stopped. This occurs even when I am scheduled to work until 6:00 a.m. and remain on duty an additional 5–10 minutes to complete required charting. As a result, I am not compensated for time actually worked. These issues have occurred repeatedly and have cumulatively resulted in the loss of hundreds of dollars in earned wages.

I had the privilege of working with some of the most dedicated, compassionate, and hardworking colleagues during my time with the company. The team members I worked directly with were truly the highlight of my experience and made a lasting impact on my career.

In the last several years of my tenure, there was a noticeable decline in leadership quality. Expectations and priorities frequently shifted without clear communication or consistency, creating an unstable and stressful work environment. Unfortunately, this shift in leadership approach negatively impacted morale and made it difficult to feel valued or supported. It saddens me to see that more and more long term employees are either leaving or being let go.
