Pros
I’ve been at Attio for around three months now, and I can honestly say I’ve had an incredible experience so far. From the very beginning, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. The interview process was engaging, thoughtful, and tailored — it gave real insight into the role, the expectations, and the people I’d be working with. It felt like a two-way conversation throughout, which really stood out. Onboarding was efficient, transparent, and completely stress-free. Everything was well structured, and I felt supported from day one. Since joining, I’ve continued to feel incredibly welcomed by everyone across the business. The culture at Attio is immersive, and the people are genuinely exceptional. There’s huge exposure to meaningful delivery, strategic thinking, and operationally focused work, which makes the role both challenging and rewarding. I’ve really enjoyed collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the company — everyone is passionate about what they do, highly capable, and driven to perform at a high standard. It’s been a pleasure working here, and I can confidently say I made the right choice in joining Attio.
Cons
As with any company at the beginning of a journey to reshape an industry, there’s naturally a degree of ambiguity, rapid evolution, and change. Things move quickly, and priorities can shift as the business continues to grow and learn. As we scale, there’s an ongoing opportunity to continue building, refining, and innovating internal processes to support that growth and ensure teams can operate as efficiently as possible. That said, this is something I personally enjoy — I don’t see it as a negative, but rather as an exciting part of being early in a high-growth company. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to help shape how things are done, it’s a really energising journey to be part of.
