More evening cases than morning and early afternoon cases but still a lot of flexibility

Work life balance is best, if personal emergencies occur the team is flexible and it’s easy to reschedule sessions so RBTs and clients don’t loose hours. Admin team is great at communication and usually respond within few hours to max 24 hrs.

Policies favor client cancellations, RBTs do not get paid for client cancellations if client cancelled within 1 hr.
