It is a leader company in the software industry from the LATAM region and a prestigious Tech company in El Salvador. I highly recommend this company to everyone in the region looking for a tech role and to have growth opportunities in the near future.

They are new in a lot of topics like cloud computing, cloud architecture and things like that, and maybe a lot of the processes are not in the way as should be. But overall they are improving a lot, and they could fill all the gaps on this areas.

Most engineers are highly professional, collaborative, and willing to support their teammates. There’s a lot of talent on the team and plenty of opportunities to learn from others.

I was asked to work on weekends and public holidays, but only some of those hours were compensated, and none were paid as overtime. There have also been meetings scheduled outside of regular working hours. The workload has been consistently heavy, and expectations are often unrealistic. Additionally, the salary is not competitive compared to industry standards, especially considering the demands and the expectations from clients.

Joined Applaudo for a short-term project with teammates from many latam countries. Company values are part of every member, whether they are employees/contractors which makes it great to work with them. It is an awesome place to work remotely as I can testify. Would have been great to join more projects, hopefully in a near future. Nothing to complain as it helped with my career growth, now I am moving to another company.
