Pros
During my time at Anderson Merchandisers, I had the privilege of working alongside some truly outstanding individuals—from entry-level team members to executive leadership. I consistently felt respected and supported, especially as I navigated a completely new environment. Working in the Human Resources department was particularly rewarding; it was there that I encountered some of the most dedicated and selfless professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of collaborating with. Anderson is clearly committed to evolving and improving as the company grows. They prioritize flexibility through generous remote work opportunities, foster a relaxed and inclusive workplace culture with comfortable dress standards, and go above and beyond to make work enjoyable—especially during the holidays with creative activities like office giveaways and festive games. I leave with a deep appreciation for the people and the culture at Anderson and wish the company continued success in the future.
Cons
If I had to identify one personal challenge during my time with Anderson Merchandisers, it would be the office-based nature of the role. While the environment itself was positive and supportive, I discovered that a traditional office setting doesn’t quite align with my working style and personality, even though I have learned to navigate the environment. That said, this is a reflection of my own preferences rather than a shortcoming of the company. I have great respect for Anderson and the people who make it such a special place to work. If the right opportunity presented itself in the future, I would absolutely welcome the chance to return.
