Pros
- Good pay out of Undergrad, I wouldn't consider it if I'm a grad student.
- I've seen a lot of people going to top MBA and top firms across all industries, but honestly becoming a manager makes it easier to do so.
Cons
- I work like 12-14 hours a day, no joke
- Not all teams are created equally, depending on who's your manager and what team you are in, you either will have an amazing first job experience, or you'll just age like 10 years after working for 1 year.
