Thank you for taking the time to share your review and feedback. We worked extensively in recent years to ensure everyone is paid competitively and that all share in the company's continued success. Every employee is paid above average wages for their respective roles with many employees earning in the 75th percentile or above. Just last month we increased salaries by several million dollars at the beginning of 2025 to better align the hard work that's being done by our employees with most a very competitive job market and paid out record profitability bonuses in 2024.
We work to be as transparent as possible on Aeroflow's performance and "open the books" throughout the year to share how company performance and individual employee performance correlate to better compensation, better benefits, and reinvesting in the business to ensure we all have a bright future together!
