Pros
Get to work from home sometimes.
Cons
* You will be deceived that this is a great place to work but it really isn’t.
*Constantly being screamed and shouted at by customers for policies that Admial have put in place. When customers ask to speak to a manager they will always say no.
*No support for when you’re being screamed at by said customers
*Managers will pretend to be all friendly with you and will dig for personal information under the pretence that they’re looking out for your wellbeing but they will actually write down every single little thing you say in your staff file and do nothing to help.
*Dont bother having a home life emergency or needing to go to the doctors because they won’t make any exceptions for you.
*If they do make exceptions you’ll have to work every single minute of it back e.g. you’re in a 2 hour dentist appointment, you have to work over 2 extra hours another day.
*Cliquey environment, if you’re buddy buddy with your manager’s you’ll be treated way more fair than everyone else.
*Will pull you into meetings or threaten your job if you make a ‘mistake’ e.g being ill more than 3 times in a certain period, being late, not hitting the ridiculous targets
*Toilet breaks are timed with your regular breaks- if you take 30mins break then go to the toilet you’ll be expected to work your toilet break back.
*You will be told you will do 7 weeks in office training then be able to work from home in your interview, but working in the office will actually end up being for the entirety of your probation (6 months).
*Overtime is sparse and you can only pick it up if you’re ‘productive enough’.
