Work/ life balance is a little tough given the nature of the concert venue business

Great work environment, wonderful co-workers.

The pay is only $15.08 an hour, which has not changed since June 2021. It's a shame that a company that makes billions of dollars daily cannot pay its employees more than 23 cents over the minimum wage.

Good community with good resources.

Bad pay, management is awful, and there is not enough help.

No room for growth locally, pay isn't great for anyone who isn't a at a Director/Manager level

The people you work with are great. If you are a salaried employee, you have unlimited PTO.

The management - not so much. You can also expect to be required to work weekends with a one day notice. Management is also 2-faced and will talk about you behind your back to other employee's.

It is flexible for university students with good pay.

Inconsistant shift pattern is not suited to everyone.
