Hybrid schedule: you still get to work remote PT along with coming into the Dallas office
Cons
Pay is terrible, the commission structure is outdated, management has completely gone downhill in making you feel appreciated and instead you're told to just be grateful you haven't been laid off, no annual raises since going back to pre-covid yet you're bringing in a lot of revenue to the company, no room for growth, sure you may not be laid off but you might get demoted to being a contract worker for no apparent reason
