Scheduling is flexible; lots of opportunity to move up the ladder in the company. Benefits are pretty cool; you can see movies at any theater in the country for free with a discount on concession items. The company is very big on inclusion, which is great to see.

Holiday season can be overwhelming depending on the movies released, but non holiday season is extremely slow in some places. Corporate can sometimes be out of touch with employees that have to actually face the guests in certain situations
