Pay on time consistently. Have really good clients that are a pleasure to work with.

Secretive, opaque, smokey backroom management that pushes one size fits all policy's that damage efficiency and morale of us down on the ground. Passive micro aggressive sexual harassment and anti LGBTQ culture. Very much a "good ol' boys" backwards company from top down. Incentives are always punishment rather than recognition or any perks (of which the middle to upper apparently never heard of). They have outdated and irrelevant training that gets recycled every year through a dysfunctional software page that never gets the bugs worked out and the employees forced to deal with it have no one to listen to concerns. They do nothing to engage employees, build community, or loyalty. The only marginalized group I've ever seen make it to middle management are African Americans, of course most management are unknown to us invisible people.

There is no PTO; they tell you that you have it, and then never accept any request for it. Never got a raise. Half my coworkers were gone half the summer while I was working hard.

Tips Ability to work overtime

Our break room is a small office that is about 10x6. The room (closet) allows 6 people to sit in there and we have 13+ any given day 9-5:30. Many of us have to fond places in the airport to sit at between assignments. This does not allow us to socialize as a team. No PTO Takes 40 hours worked to earn 1 hr of sick time Healthcare plans are horrible Takes a long time to get a uniform . I am going on 53 days since hire and I had to borrow a uniform shirt from another employee. There are no advancement opportunities Someone who works here 20+ years makes the same as a new hire. There are no pay increases other than minimum wage increases. No reason to work harder at this job. Company in 2023 made 8.1 Billion CEO made 3Million. No rewards to Employees who make this Corporation what it is

Few good people amongst the the rest. Daily "safety" meetings

Management has no communication skills lacks emotional intelligence gets angry easy cussing at employees and has a 'just get it done' mentality with jobs without proper preparation for said job. Favoritism is heavy here. No room for Advancement opportunities
