How is management perceived at 24 Carrots Catering and Events?

Was a nice place to work when people genuinely cared. Work was fun, changed each day, and you would feel accomplished. Quality was a high standard.

Everything changed a year ago when the CEO left. She brought true leadership to the company and always showed great care. She led with confidence and knew how to longingly push us to be better for ourselves. New management is awful and the exact opposite of what 24 Carrots use to be. Everyone looks miserable and so may people are leaving. Marketing and branding emphasis is a joke and shouldn’t be running the company. New management is cutthroat.

Having full control over your schedule means you can take time to do other things without needing approval, such as taking trips. It's very interesting work because not all events are the same and you can end up working in some really cool places/homes. The people you meet are from all walks of life.

Communication with office management can be difficult. Ignored emails are common. Most employees don't even go to the office/warehouse/kitchen because they are all on-site event workers. There's a huge disconnect between departments and office politics is an issue.
