Good, affordable healthcare; unlimited PTO; 401k match; 4 months parental leave; stipends to use for home office and for whatever you please.
Cons - co-working costs are only subsidized up to the amount given for the home office stipend (and if you want to do your flexible stipend on this too). Usually this means employees end up paying out of pocket to work in-person together.
