Technician - Front Line Maintenance Team (Ref: 260000DB)

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Tradesmen to perform maintenance works for all station systems/equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s)
• Prioritise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works and conduct equipment failure investigation
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance contractors on modification and capital & revenue works, and take over equipment on site

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience; OR
• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience
• Good communication and supervisory skills

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
