Sales Administrator (Outsourced)

Smart Infrastructure - Buildings

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales administration of the business in Smart Infrastructure, Buildings. The primary responsibilities include:

• Support project solutions sales team for clerical works such as quotations/ tenders/ contracts preparation, document hardcopy and hardcopy filing etc.
• Support sales team for system data entry work and sales reporting
• Assist sales team to co-ordinate with other teams such as operation team, commercial team, legal team etc for quotations/ tenders/ contracts approval works
• Co-ordinate with vendors and customer for quotation requisitions
• Work with other sales administrators as back up when necessary

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Engineering and other equivalent disciplines
• 1-2 years’ experiences in sales administration support/ customer service support / clerical support role
• Proficiency in MS Offices such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must
• Experience in Power BI, MS One-Drive, Sales Force, SAP is an advantage
• Open to communicate with others and able to work independently
• Good command in English and Cantonese
