Receptionist (Cashier)

Responsibilities:
- Provide the cashiering service
- Perform general reception/administrative duties and greeting guests
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Follow up customer appointment services and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Handle the WhatsApp business account
Requirements:
- 1-year relevant experience
- With retail/POS cashier experience must be an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner, cheerful, initiative, service-oriented
- Able to communicate with people of different culture background
- Knowledge of PC applications
- Must be fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
