Quality Assurance GMP And Compliance Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager

2. Supervised QA Compliance and QA Inspection Section

3. Ensures the proper implementation of approved and updated:

• Quality Manual
• Risk Assesment Procedures
• Deviation Management
• Product Complaints
• Product Quality Reviews
• Internal Quality Audit
• Product Dossiers
• Standard Operating Procedures
• Work Instructions

4. Reviews and monitors the following QA reports/documents to provide effective control

of product quality.

5. Final checking and review Manufacturing Batch Record and Packaging Batch Record.

6. Conducts annual GMP trainings for all employees

7. Provides all necessary documents to support plant regulatory compliance

8. Directs subordinates and coordinates with other departments on matter related to quality assurance activities.

9. Perform task other than the above related to Quality Assurance as required by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Degree in Pharmacy or the Allied Sciences, preferably licensed.
• Minimum experience of three years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Good communication, planning, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgable in regulatory requirements, current good manufacturing practices, basic pharmaceutical manufacturing and MS office.

JOB SUMMARY:

Implements and maintains the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
