Project Supervisor

VIP Client Operations & Dispatch Management Responsible for VIP client pickups, vehicle dispatching, and linehaul coordination to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Arrange VIP pickups and handle operational exceptions Plan vehicle dispatching and transport capacity based on volume
Manage driver scheduling, departures, and transport efficiency Coordinate sorting, transfer, and transit operations
Optimize routes and loading efficiency to reduce costs Monitor transport operations and handle issues in real time
Coordinate among branches, drivers, and sorting centers Ensure priority handling and on-time dispatch for key clients
Prepare daily reports and exception analysis

Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics dispatch or fleet management
Familiar with linehaul or sorting center operations Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and operational systems

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
