Project Officer

Hong Kong
  • Provide operations and administrative support to the Company including but not limited to the below:
  • Assist in recruitment work including researching potential candidates, arranging interviews and preparing employment contracts, etc.
  • Handle monthly project payroll and in invoicing cycle such as checking staff's attendance, preparing data for payroll, calculating project P&L and preparing monthly invoices
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to project so Perform data-entry for the Company's various systems
  • Provide ad-hoc business and administrative support to the team



Requirements

  • 1 year of clerical experience (Fresh graduates from Business Administration-related disciplines are welcome to apply)
  • Relevant experience will be an advantage, but NOT a must if willing to learn new things
  • Prior work experience in Retail Operations /Sales Support / Accounting roles will be a BIGPLUS.
  • Sensitive with numbers and calculations with strong logical thinking
  • Advanced User in Excel a MUST (e.g. vlookup, sum ifs, pivot table, etc.)
  • Good communication skills to build good relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Outgoing, self-starter, willing to accept challenges, flexible
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
