Besedo is looking for a Product Manager to work on and scale Implio, our core moderation platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, this Stockholm‑based hybrid role is not a feature‑focused product role. You’ll work at the intersection of:
ML and LLM systems
Client‑facing product
Adversarial environments (fraud, abuse, spam)
The role focuses on turning a complex, evolving problem space into a coherent and scalable product system.
The end‑to‑end automation moderation workflow within Implio
Balancing:
Automation (ML)
Agentic systems (LLMs)
3rd party integrations
Core product surfaces, including:
Decisioning logic
Policy systems
Client‑facing controls and transparency
Help define how Implio evolves from rule‑based systems to ML‑driven and agentic systems
Contribute to product strategy through practical decision‑making (not slide decks)
Establish clarity around what the product should address and what sits outside scope
Work closely with partners across Besedo to align product direction with:
Operational realities
Model capabilities
Client needs
Approach moderation as a system, not a set of individual features, covering:
Policies
Signals
Decisions
Feedback loops
Support consistency across:
ML & LLM outputs
Human decisions
Client expectations
Take responsibility for core metrics such as:
Precision and recall
Cost per moderated item
Latency and SLA adherence
Help build reliable ground‑truth and feedback pipelines
Focus on metrics that reflect real‑world outcomes rather than surface‑level reporting
Thinking in flows, trade‑offs, and constraints rather than individual features
Comfort working with ambiguity, including:
Noisy data
Subjective or evolving definitions of “truth”
An adaptive approach as fraud and abuse patterns continue to change
Not a roadmap coordination role
Not a backlog‑only delivery role
Not focused purely on UX or growth
5+ years of experience in product management and experience in at least one of the following areas:
ML‑powered or data‑driven products
Trust & Safety or moderation systems
Fraud, risk, or abuse platforms
High‑scale B2B SaaS environments
Experience from adjacent domains or non‑linear career paths is welcome.
