Marketing Executive

Hong Kong
  • Introduce HR solutions to various SME clients including staffing, HR outsourcing and visa, etc.
  • Follow up full sales cycles for prospective clients to ensure maximized client satisfaction
  • Perform 360 recruitment to fulfil clients' hiring requirements
  • Research, approach and convince suitable candidates to consider clients' openings and strive to connect both employers and candidates in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update CRM and candidate database, as well as issuing quotations and invoices on system
  • Cross-sell and promote other HR solutions offered by the Company to clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions
  • Assist Account Manager in handling other job duties.



Requirements

  • 1 year of recruitment experience (Fresh graduates from Human Resources related disciplines are welcome to apply)
  • Strong motivation to succeed, self-starter, can-do and winner attitudes
  • Prior clients and candidates networks will be a big plus
  • Can communicate and present fluently in Cantonese, English and/or Mandarin
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications
