First and foremost we’re seeking someone with extensive experience in modern software testing and Quality Engineering who is either currently in or looking to step up to a technical leadership role, with a preference for someone with experience in consultancy and/or B2B client-facing roles. You’ll need to possess strong experience in test strategy, test automation and Quality Engineering practices, and you’ll also need to have strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and modern development environments. You’ll have experience working in product teams with well-thought-out, practical approaches to quality that solve real-world delivery challenges, and you’re eager to expand your impact even further across our client base.
As a Lead Quality Engineer at Atomic you’ll have direct responsibility across multiple client projects. The ability to quickly switch context is crucial and you’ll need to be adept and experienced at communicating with technical and non-technical clients. You’ll lead discussions around Quality Engineering strategy, test automation, release confidence and continuous improvement, and be able to work both together and independently to deliver exceptional quality while being a voice for the direction of Atomic’s quality engineering landscape. Additionally, you’ll be expected to mentor more junior quality engineers and advocate for improvement and positive change.
We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about advancing Quality Engineering and building quality into software and solutions that have a meaningful impact. You’re deeply committed to delivering the highest level of service for our clients, creating products that significantly enhance the experience of end users.
If you feel your skills and experience are what we’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you.
