As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Investment Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth fundamental, technical, and macroeconomic analysis on global public markets including fixed income (bonds), equities, REITs, ETFs, and related securities
Prepare comprehensive financial models, valuations, and comparable companies analysis to support investment decisions and portfolio performance optimisation
Monitor market trends, geopolitical developments, interest rate movements, and sectoral shifts affecting investment portfolios
Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities based on risk-return profiles, valuation metrics, and strategic fit
Track and report portfolio performance against benchmarks and investment guidelines
Assess and monitor investment risks including market, credit, liquidity, and currency risks
Manage and refine the internal investment process to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision quality
Ensure compliance with investment policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Prepare regular meeting materials and present findings to management for review and decision-making
Mentor junior analysts to foster skills development and knowledge sharing

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related disciplines. CFA qualification is preferred

Minimum 8 years of working experience, including at least 7 years in investment research on listed equities, with expertise in analysing publicly traded companies and providing actionable recommendations

A motivated and collaborative team player

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage different time zones effectively

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, and capability of clearly conveying complex financial information to senior management

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Bloomberg
