About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Insurance Back Office Support to support daily operations for a US-based agency. This role blends administrative precision with light sales support, including quoting, renewals, COIs, and client relationship management.

You will work closely with the agent to execute marketing strategies, maintain accurate records in agency management system, and ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where accuracy and initiative are critical.

Responsibilities

  • Handle insurance quoting by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products
  • Process renewals, COIs, and policy-related data entry in AMS
  • Maintain and update client records with high accuracy
  • Build and manage customer relationships through consistent follow-ups
  • Support the agent in achieving marketing and sales goals
  • Track and manage leads, appointments, and opportunities
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry developments
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within deadlines

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience REQUIRED (inside sales, telemarketing, retail, or similar)
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Experience with insurance processes (quoting, renewals, COIs) is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with APEX AMS or similar CRM/AMS tools is a strong advantage
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organization skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

Work Requirement:

  • Must be willing to work night shift (US hours) consistently
  • Must be willing to work onsite
