Head of Investment Team

• Responsible for setting the firm's growth and investment strategy.

• Lead the team to successfully complete the investment tasks and returns covering the primary and secondary markets.

• Supervise and manage external partners, and evaluate relevant investment products and investment proposals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance-related major, with more than 12 years of work experience in family office, private banking, or wealth management;

• Has rich experience in investment and asset allocation and covers primary and secondary markets.

• Familiar with private equity direct investment, overseas real estate investment, and investment in stocks, funds, bonds, and other whole-process management and portfolio management

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, pioneering spirit, team leadership, execution.

• Familiar with Chinese-funded corporate culture and working methods, with good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
