Fullstack Developer (React, Java, BigQuery)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack TypeScript applications.
- Build modern frontend applications using React, with Vue experience also acceptable.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Work with databases and data platforms such as GCP BigQuery, MariaDB, or SQLite to support application and data requirements.
- Translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions.
- Support code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production fixes.
- 3-8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript full-stack development.
- Experience with React or Vue for frontend development, with React preferred.
- Working knowledge of Java Spring Boot for backend service development.
- Fundamental knowledge of Python.
- Experience with at least one of GCP BigQuery, MariaDB, or SQLite.
- Good understanding of modern software engineering practices.
- Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Good understanding of data modeling and data engineering concepts.
- Experience in the banking industry.
- Prior HSBC experience is highly preferred.
- Location: Hong Kong, 3 days onsite per week
