Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Engineer is required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with experience in elevator installation, testing and commissioning, or maintenance
• Knowledgeable in elevator systems, components, and basic design principles
• Familiar with construction site processes and coordination workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and site inspections

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Quality Management and Coordination

• Reviews construction plans, shop drawings, and quality standards for elevator systems in ongoing projects
• Validates implementation of quality checklists prior to turnover to elevator subcontractors
• Conducts audits on elevator installation works and identifies quality issues
• Ensures compliance with quality standards across all phases of elevator installation
• Submits technical reports to the Elevator Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address findings and issues
• Ensures strict implementation of safety standards on site

Maintenance Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitors and validates preventive maintenance activities for elevators under warranty on a monthly basis
• Researches and recommends best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of elevator installation and maintenance
• Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports on elevator status for projects under construction
• Prepares and submits audit reports for both ongoing and completed elevator works
