Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and product analysis
• Research innovative idea and execute in product
• Develop marketable product to drive market needs and create demand
• Execution of sales strategies for property projects

Requirements

• Degree in Surveying/ Statistics/ Real Estate/ Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Professional qualification in HKIS/RICS or relevant professional membership is an advantage
• Strong market sense with analytic mind
• Knowledge in property-related ordinance and statistical modelling tools is preferred
• Proactive, a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Excellence in MS Office especially Excel (intermediate level) and PowerPoint
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to work on roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
