Assistant Lighting Director

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Lighting Director to execute and refine lighting designs.

• Program and operate lighting consoles, including cue building, patching, and DMX setup.

• Maintain, test, and troubleshoot lighting equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Evaluate and deploy lighting fixtures and systems across multiple brands and platforms.

• Manage inventory, rentals, and budget tracking for lighting resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with lighting consoles and control systems.

• Strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, rigging, and DMX protocols.

• Background in both studio and field production environments.

• Ability to support technical projects and assist with equipment setup.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
